I became a licensed REALTOR® a little more than three years ago, and in that short amount of time I’ve come to realize that I’m doing what I was meant to do: using the talents God has blessed me with. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and love being a part of an eventful time in most customers’ lives. With that being said, the real estate world will definitely put you through the wringer when it comes to the roller coaster of emotions that become part of most every deal. Today, I want to discuss the fun part of real estate, and give you a Realtor’s point of view on working with the best customers around!
- Relationships – Being a Realtor gives you the opportunity to meet a wide range of personalities. It allows you to meet and build relationships with the hardworking, salt of the earth folks of Middle GA that I might not have met otherwise.
- Community Involvement/Being in the know – An important part of being a Realtor is knowing your community and staying informed, for your own benefit and so you can sound smart in front of your customers! If you need to know something about your community…ask a Realtor. Being involved with the many events and activities our area offers brings about a great sense of community which keeps things moving in the right direction.
- The satisfaction that comes with helping someone find his or her dream home. – It’s difficult for customers to find exactly what they want in a property at the right price. The opportunity and privilege to be the agent to make this happen in someone’s life makes being a Realtor more than just a paycheck. It’s about making a positive impact in people’s lives, and as a Realtor, you have the opportunity to do that.
If the next three years of real estate are anything like the last three, I’ll be in good shape! I look forward to making new relationships and helping you find your dream home. Give Premier Properties of Dublin a call today to begin the process!

We have a realtor and I would love some advice please, it’s been on the market 3 weeks. They have never brought a client to look at it or another realitor. They have held 2 open houses (3 hours) and did list it on the major sites with good photos. Our home is not visible from the road and before those open houses no notice was up that there in advance . (just doing the OH) now they want us to bring down the price significantly and sent us info why they thought so. They sold less then 4 homes in the last 12 months. Am I being too picky ?
Any Stories about what agents have done to buyers or sellers? I have had some prospects who were terrified to open up to me about what they wanted, where they live, finances, etc. They seemed to want information but really did not want much help. Many have finally confided they do not trust agents for a second due to braggadocio, lying, and cheating on offer information to jack up prices. One told me about a home he bought for over asking and then saw that home advertised in the neighborhood paper by the agent and how wonderful he was to scam the buyer for an extra $1.0M.
