On July 6th and 7th of this year, Premier Properties of Dublin will be making a move. We will be moving from our location at 126 West Madison Street, the Historic Cummings Building to 608 Bellevue Avenue, The Historic Finn House. This move did not come without a good bit of prayerful consideration and a lot of help from the owners, Stan Bennett and Charlie Garbutt and our friends at Alterra Networks We also owe a huge debt of gratitude to our Landlord at Madison Street, Jim Walters. He had the faith in us to restore the old Cummings Building and make it our home for almost six years now.

Now the obvious reasons this is a good move is Location, Location, Location! There is something I’ve heard about that in Real Estate. In addition to the fact that we will be more visible and be able to serve our customers better, there is something to be said about where we are moving from to where we will be moving, both Historical structures in our Downtown area.
The team members at Premier Properties of Dublin are humbled and honored to be counted among those in the past and certainly those in the present that are a part of saving our history. I’m not trying to be dramatic, but can you imagine what our Bellevue Avenue and our Downtown would look like if the present owners had decided to tear down some of the buildings that are functional and home to employees that work and spend money in our community? Think about it a minute.
So, thank you Jim Walters, Stan Bennett, Charlie Garbutt, and Jeff Davis, for helping us at Premier Properties of Dublin be the caretaker of The Cummings Building in Downtown Dublin and the Finn House on Bellevue. It is our hope that many others will have the vision you and many more have had and restore our homes and keep Dublin’s History alive and well.

Please come by and see us after July 6th. We will be having an open house in early fall, so keep an eye out for the invitation.
