Mayor Phil Best Sr. is a Licensed Broker in the State of Georgia and in the Qualifying Broker for Premier Properties of Dublin, a family owned firm. Phil’s main goal is to continue the progressive attitude of the councils before him and to be a part of the continued growth of Dublin by helping to create a pro-business attitude in our small business, industry, and downtown communities. Along with opening and operating his own business, Mayor Best has served as an elected official for the City of Dublin since January of 1994. Since his election, he has chaired on the Economic Development Committee, served as the President of the Georgia Municipal Associations 9th District, and has been appointed to the Governor’s Board of Work Force Initiative. Phil Best has also served on the Laurens County Board of Health, GMEBS Board of Trustees, the Military Affairs Committee in Warner Robins, and on the GMA Board of Directors until June of 1997. Some of his past services include serving as a director for the Dublin Rotary Club, the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber of Commerce, and the Dublin Country Club. Mayor Best has recently become the President of the Georgia Municipal Associations in June of 2019.
He and his wife, Cile, attend First United Methodist Church of Dublin, Georgia. Phil enjoys entertaining and spending time with his grandchildren.
George Best is a long time Dublin resident of 25 years. After graduating Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Construction Management, George started working for Thomas and Hutton Engineering, a civil design firm in Savannah, Georgia. After working with Thomas and Hutton for four years, George wanted to get back home and join the family business in Premier Properties of Dublin. George is a very motivated, goal-oriented individual with a wealth of local knowledge and resources. His main focus is to exceed his clients’ expectations and provide them with the utmost service possible, keeping their best interests in mind. George is a hard-working, reliable agent that will treat all clients with sincerity and respect. George recently became a partner in Premier Properties, and plans to continue to grow the business and serve the Middle GA community diligently.

Michaela is a native of East Dublin giving her years of knowledge about Laurens County. Michaela and her husband, Tyler, are active members of East Dublin Dayspring Worship Center, and she strives for her faith to show through all aspects of her life and career. From a young age, Michaela had a passion for real estate, and she finally obtained her real estate license when she was 19 years old while still studying in college. After graduating from Georgia College with a bachelor’s degree in business management, she dove straight into her real estate career. Michaela is hardworking, kind, and devoted, and her goal is to serve her clients with honesty and integrity. With 25 years of management experience and 20 years of real estate, Dan heads up our Property Management. A blend of these two relate well to the management of over fifty residences and several office buildings. Dan has a wide knowledge of available resources that are required to maintain both homes and offices. He also assists in new agent training when time allows.
In 2010 Dan acquired Broker status and served as Qualifying Broker for over four years. He currently serves as an Associate Broker and is in charge of all leases, contracts, and commission payments.
Dan is a past president of the Dublin Board of Realtors and a previous Top Producer award recipient. He is a member of Dublin Laurens Leadership class of 1992 and has served as Vice President.
Dan and his wife Angela, have lived in Dublin since 1985. They are members of Pine Forest United Methodist Church. They have two boys that live in the Atlanta Area, a beautiful daughter in-law Betsy, two grandchildren, Connor and Ella. Dan enjoys grilling and chilling, and also visiting the grandchildren.
